- Hackensack Children’s Fishing Contest: Minnesota’s largest youth fishing contest. Every Tuesday from June to August. Children up to 15 years old are welcome to compete. The events take place from 11 – 12:30. Register on the day of the event.
- Longville Turtle Races: You can witness the Longville Turtle Races from June to August. The event takes place on 1st Street North every Wednesday around noon. The Main Street area also converts to a carnival with plenty of games and food.
